UV-SP series features high-intensity UV spot curing systems made in the USA by UVitron, including the 200 W Hg arc-lamp SunSpot-2 and 365 nm LED SkyBeam, selected and optimized by Luvantix for precise curing of OA series low refractive index optical adhesives. The SunSpot 2 provides broad-spectrum Hg lamp output with strong short wavelength UVA/UVB energy, while the SkyBeam 365 nm LED system delivers stable, cool, controllable, and uniform UV exposure for fast curing of oxygen sensitive acrylate optical materials. These systems are well suited for precision optical assembly applications including silicon photonics, CPO, optical engines, and refractive index controlled photonic packaging.
