Polymer Clad PC Series

Legendary low index PC have been tested and being used by major fiber laser industries. Utilizing our fluorinated acrylate polymer and silsesquioxane chemistry, PC series can provide unique UV curable polymer coatings with superb properties: refractive indies from 1.452 down to 1.320, more than 93% transmittance in the Near UV-Visible-Near IR range and excellent adhesion capability over silica surface for long term stability in harsh operation environment.

Inorganic Clad

SH-HT series are formulated for high temperature operations necessary for high power fiber laser applications. Compared to our legendary PC-AP series which showed severe yellowing, SH-HT series have no color change nor optical transmittance change after 3 hours at 200°C exposure. The SH-HT series have fluoro-siloxane chemical backbone structure that withstands high temperature continuous operation over 200˚C. The decomposition temperature Td is higher than 350°C

Optical Adhesive

OA series have low refractive index ranging from 1.375 to 1.473 for index matching with excellent polishing property. Designed for joining optical paths and fixing optical devices, all OA series are UV curable adhesives for instant curing and fixing with excellent transparency and humidity resistance.

Optical Fiber Coating

Primary (LP) & Secondary (LS) coating series are UV curable acrylates useful for the industrial standard ultrahigh speed fiber drawing process, and which provide high quality performance including low micro-bending attenuation, excellent field performance, and design flexibility. LP-LG primary coating specially formulated for sensor fibers have lower glass transition temperature of -35°C which will allow more stable operations even at low temperature environment.

Display & Optical Film

UV curable low refractive index resin and hard coatings are widely used in the display industry and automotive sector to enhance optical functionality and to make them more scratch-resistance and to protect them against environment damage. Low refractive index hard coating (low index 1.330 to high index 1.670) are widely used for various optical function like, minimizing reflection and maximizing transmittance, wave-guide channels for virtual reality (AR) display, light direction of backlight and OLED.
